Dear Readers,
Welcome to Issue 39!
We know we’ve said it before, but this issue of Radar has to be one of our most spectacular yet. We hope you admire this poetry and artwork with the same enthusiasm we felt as we curated the issue.
Summer is always a busy time for Radar. We are now open for submissions to the 11th annual Coniston Prize. If you haven’t already heard the good news, January Gill O’Neil is this year’s esteemed judge. And if you haven’t checked out Glitter Road or any other poetry by January, we urge you to do so. Her work is vibrant in imagery, exquisite in form, and generous in its exploration of womanhood.
Here’s to summer. We hope you enjoy Issue 39 with a fresh lemonade and a slice of shade!
